Bruce McPhail
Bruce is a sales and leasing broker, specialising in commercial property and some residential property.
In one way or another, Bruce has been involved in real estate both in New Zealand and abroad for more than 40 years.
In that time, Bruce has been a lawyer, company buyer, salesman, hotel owner, motel owner, plain English specialist and run an employment company.
In the legal and real estate fields, Bruce has been a solicitor and partner specialising in commercial and conveyancing law and has been a property manager of multimillion-dollar portfolios. For the past four years Bruce has worked for an international company selling and leasing Canterbury property.
Bruce has exceptional communication skills and strives to properly understand client requirements in order to provide informed decisions and tailored solutions, while developing a trusted working relationship.
Outside of work, Bruce has been a rugby player at first class level, a competitive sailor, tennis player and golfer and now manages the Christchurch Golf Club, Woodward Cup team. Bruce also has one son, who is a chef in Christchurch.
