NICK COWDY / Residential Sales Consultant, Principal Agent
On Friday 19 April, we held our annual Cowdy Awards night. This is always a great opportunity for everyone to come together, and for us to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our team over the past financial year. From outstanding property management to exemplary residential and commercial sales, the night was a testament to the dedication and excellence that defines Cowdy.
Property Management:
We were proud to recognise the exceptional efforts of Louis Beckert, Nicola Flanagan, and Gael Robb for their unwavering commitment to their property portfolios. Gael Robb was also awarded Property Manager of the Year, a testament to her outstanding performance and dedication, and overall excellence in maintaining a high-performing property portfolio.
Residential Sales:
Our residential division saw numerous achievements. For excellence in their work, Billy & Jackie Lomax and Tom Rennie received certificates of excellence, while Jake Wieblitz and Nick Cowdy received certificates of honours. Nick Cowdy also secured the marketing award for generating the greatest exposure across all campaigns for his clients in the residential division, and the biggest sale in the residential division.
Our third place Residential Agents for the last financial year were Billy & Jackie Lomax. Jake Wieblitz took out second place, and first place went to Nick Cowdy.
Commercial Sales:
The biggest sale in the commercial division was achieved by Craig Goodland, who was also awarded a certificate of excellence. Bruce McPhail received the commercial marketing award for generating the greatest exposure across all campaigns for his clients in the commercial division, and Sam Cowdy was awarded a certificate of excellence.
Our third place Commercial Agent for the last financial year was Dannielle Meekin. Craig Goodland took out second place, and first place went to Sam Cowdy.
Salesperson of the Year
The coveted title of Salesperson of the Year went to Nick Cowdy, recognising his dedication, professionalism, and exceptional results. This award celebrates overall excellence in real estate, and producing the highest gross commission from unconditional sales across the residential and commercial divisions.
The TD Memorial Award
We introduced the TD Memorial Award this year, in honour of our beloved Tim Davis. This peer-voted award is a reminder of Tim’s spirit and ensures his memory continues to inspire us all. The TD Memorial Award was awarded to someone who exemplified the essence of Tim Davis through unwavering commitment to the team’s success, and their positive impact on our workplace culture. With 7 nominations, it was an honour to present this award for the very first time to Dannielle Meekin.
As we reflect on the achievements of the past year, we are filled with gratitude for our incredible team. Each member’s dedication and passion have been instrumental in our collective success. Congratulations to all the award winners and every member of the Cowdy family. Your commitment, hard work, and dedication to excellence are truly commendable.
